If you would like to report a new URL, please read our Wiki guidelines first.

🔒 Anonymous Submission

To protect your privacy as much as possible, please do not send reports to the maintainers' personal email addresses. You can send reports directly to the following encrypted email addresses instead (replace # with @ when sending):

⚠️ Important: Please use OpenPGP to encrypt your message before sending it. The encrypted message must either begin with --BEGIN PGP MESSAGE-- or be attached as an .asc or .gpg file. Otherwise, it will be permanently deleted by the rules. The public key is 9A105A8EF10A30C8EFB874E0F775BAF6BE7A9527, which can be obtained from hkps://keyserver.ubuntu.com.
⚠️ Please also upload your own public key to the server!
⚠️ Leave the email subject blank. Although messages with a subject will not be automatically deleted, it is recommended that you do not put anything in the subject field. You can include the subject inside the encrypted message instead.

⚠️ Note: GFWList does not provide real-time updates for submitted URLs. To ensure the quality of the list, we usually perform comprehensive availability tests before officially adding a URL to the list.
