Ingo Renner 7f8ee9aabe [FEATURE] Support Vagrant Cloud commands 
Vagrant 1.5 added Vagrant Cloud to share boxes. Some boxes
may be protected, the `login` command allows to access those
protected boxes from Vagrant Cloud.
