## If you want to remain anonymous, you can send reports directly to us

### To protect your privacy:
Do NOT send report emails to any addresses other than the two listed above (including maintainers’ personal emails), and do NOT manually retype the Session ID.

⚠️ **Warning:**

Due to specific network controls, it is impractical to process reports from users in the following regions or networks:

- Xinjiang  
- China Mobile  
- China Broadcasting Network (mobile data)  

Xinjiang and China Mobile each maintain their own censorship lists. China Broadcasting Network uses China Mobile’s backbone and is affected by its censorship.

Therefore, users in these regions are encouraged to either maintain custom rules or always use a proxy.

- GFWList does NOT provide immediate updates for submitted URLs.  
  Typically, URLs are thoroughly tested before being added to the list.
